The Village at Whispering Pines is a vibrant, walkable and maintenance-free living and recreational community for 55 and older residents on 90 acres along Helderberg Avenue in the Town of Rotterdam, New York. The project encompasses the current Whispering Pines Golf Course and consists of:

Phase I
Began Spring of 2023 and consists of 85 single family cottages and 40 single family townhouses. In addition, the brand-new golf course clubhouse was be completed during this phase, as well as a redesigned 9-hole par 3 golf course.
Phase II
Expected to begin Spring 2026 and includes the construction of the independent living apartments, assisted living apartments and memory care apartments.
